Ex dividend and ex split on June 23, 2005

The shares of DNO ASA will be traded exclusive of ordinary dividend, which is NOK 0,50 per share and one share in DNO ASA for each 27 DNO ASA share, from and including June 23, 2005
 
The shares of DNO ASA will also be split (1 old share yields 4 new shares) with effect from and including June 23, 2005 and traded on this basis from this date. The new face value is NOK 1,00 per share and the lot size is 500 shares.
