On 13 January, 2009, DNO extended an American call option contract on 16.000.000 DNO shares with a strike price of NOK 2,00 per share. The new expiry date is 23 February, 2009 and the option premium paid is NOK 0,0439.
Following this transaction, DNO holds 4.000.000 treasury shares. The Company holds options for purchase of 56.000.000 DNO shares.
