DNO now has complemented the takeover of 85.5 % of Island Petroleum Developments Limited ("Island"), a privately held company registered on Isle of Man.
Part of the settlement for the shares in Island consists of 1,710,000 DNO shares, which will be taken from DNO's holding of its own shares. DNO's holding after the transaction is 1,360,882.
