Oslo, 14 January 2016 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has on 13 January 2016 purchased 700,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 4.9725 per share.
The purchase is part of the share buyback program announced on 15 December 2015.
Following this transaction DNO holds 6,700,000 own shares.
