To continuously improve we need to understand and comply with the principles dictated in the Business Management System (BMS). Our systems shall at all time reflect the way we identify, control and mitigate risks and opportunities within all areas of our business activities.
We expect our employees to show leadership and commitment to the BMS. We focus on providing everyone at DNO with the required competence and necessary resources to achieve this.
The BMS is continuously being validated versus industry standards in order to meet stakeholder expectations.
