DNO operates in various cultures, and diversity in the workforce is a consideration in the development of DNO’s business.

We prefer to hire locally when possible, to gain local insights and knowledge. We particularly focus on building and developing our local capability in new markets. Dialogue and feedback

DNO encourages an open dialogue and employs several feedback mechanisms. An annual employee attitude survey is our most important tool when mapping the conditions in the Company, and we use the results from this survey to verify that we are moving in the right direction.

In order to meet our obligations towards our employees, we systematically work on a long-term basis in a number of areas, including the following:
