CR Management
CR-issues are governed at the management level as an integrated aspect of all other business matters.
The overall strategic direction is set at the corporate management level.
Internal reporting mechanisms
As emphasized by the ethical guidelines detailed in DNO’s Code of Conduct, the intention is for each employee to assume responsibility for ensuring the company lives up to the high expectations of its stakeholders. In light thereof, DNO encourages employees to report violations of law or of DNO’s Code of Conduct. This will enable DNO to prevent risks and limit any damage to the benefit not only of the company, but also of its employees and stakeholders.
Governance and responsibility
The corporate management and administration will through the established systems and routines monitor and see to it that conflicts of interests are avoided. The rules for conflict of interests stated under NUES’ corporate governance guidelines apply, and the audit committee has specific responsibility in this regard.
The Board receives detailed information about and discusses DNO’s long-term development, strategy and risk management, as a minimum on an annual basis, as stated in the rules of procedures for the work of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors approves all important policies and instructions relating to financing, risk and the environment (such as the Code of Conduct).
