Code of conduct
Our ethical code is formalized in our Code of Conduct, which sets a minimum standard for the company.
The Code of Conduct is designed to assist everyone working for DNO to uphold the level of integrity that we expect throughout a variety of situations. We believe this will help us in our efforts to meet stakeholder expectations.
How do we implement and apply our Code of Conduct?
The commitment starts at the Board of Directors and goes all the way through the organization, and our supply chain. Implementing systems in a diverse cultural environment or organization can be challenging, but through strong leadership and good role models, we believe it is possible.
In order to guide the organization, we communicate our objectives, strategies and plans by the use of both technology and presence. The daily discussions between colleagues are our most efficient way of securing integrity and ethical behaviour, but we actively make use of analysis, workshops and case studies in order to understand risks and opportunities even better.
