Bjørn Dale
Bjørn Dale took up the position as General Counsel and Board Secretary in DNO in 2011.
General Counsel and Board Secretary
Mr Dale has extensive experience in managing corporate development projects, including cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, as well as corporate governance issues. He has experience from top-tier Norwegian law firms and came to DNO from the position as head of corporate development and general counsel of a Nordic financial services group.
Mr Dale holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo and an Executive MBA in Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
