In line with good corporate governance principles, the company has established a Business Management System (BMS).
The BMS describes the way we work, the way we pursue opportunities and manage risk, and the systems and procedures we follow in order to ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality.
The BMS thereby contains a collection of directives, policies, guidelines, manuals and procedures that the Company follows in the daily operations of the business.
