Reserves and resources

The table shows DNO’s estimated proven and probable reserves and resources (based on working interest ownership) of oil and gas and the changes in reserves and resources for the period 2004-2008. Reserves and resources correspond to class 1-7 in the definitions from NPD. DNO applies proved and probable reserves to calculate depreciation and abandonment provisions according to the unit-of-production method. Because of the uncertainty and limitations associated with reserve data, the estimates will change as new information becomes available.
